About The Role
As the first Business Development hire at Evernow, you will be responsible for defining and executing against the partnership strategy for the business. The goal of this role is to establish, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships to drive member acquisition and accelerate our growth trajectory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define key pillars of the channel strategy, such as partnerships with employers, telehealth platforms, and other relevant entities that align with our target member base. Your keen understanding of the telehealth landscape, coupled with your strong relationship-building skills, will be pivotal in driving the success of our member acquisition efforts through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Definition: Identify and define key pillars of the channel strategy, such as establishing partnerships with employers, other telehealth platforms, insurance providers, and other relevant entities that align with our target member base.
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Create and manage a robust partnership pipeline, identifying and cultivating potential channel partners and driving them to signed partnership agreements.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners to find new opportunities and stay on top of industry trends.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and agreements with channel partners. Support the contracting process.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of channel partnership initiatives and alignment with overall company goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze key metrics and performance indicators related to channel partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Evernow solutions to partners and their audiences, crafting compelling messaging and developing key materials & assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully driving member acquisition through channel partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms
